Make Your Surf is a company with great experience in surf camps and courses .

Our courses are aimed at all those people who want to start or perfect their technique in surfing.

Professional monitors will ensure that you obtain the necessary knowledge and practices so that you can be independent with the table.

Our camp has a novelty that makes us different:

You start from scratch and create your board to your liking, you will be in the process of creation.This step is important since the board will be your faithful ally, with which you will slide and break the waves.

The surf camps will take place in the summer months July and August.

Can you imagine a surf camp where you have to make your own wooden board and learn to surf with it? At Make your surf we wanted to make this a reality so original idea.

In the months of July and August we organize a camp for boys and girls from 12 years old. Our headquarters are in Torremolinos, Malaga.

The course has a total duration of 50 hours, spread over 2 weeks. From Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. . You will have to manufacture your own wooden board from scratch in our carpentry workshops. Once the table is built, we will learn to use it in more than two 5-hour practical sessions.
The course will consist of a group of 8 students maximum, organized by age and level. Each student will have their own workbench, materials and tools, provided by the organization, to manufacture what will later become her table.

The assembly activities will alternate with other activities related to surfing and sports through different recreational and educational tools (talks, videos, outdoor activities ...)

The ones that we are going to manufacture are a design conceived and tested by ourselves for learning. (This point is very important since an inappropriate table choice can frustrate the intentions of the most willing).

And why made of wood?

All Wood manufactures wooden boards, we believe in it the same as in modern materials, but wood has been part of the spirit and history of surfing since its inception. Without wooden boards, surfing would not exist and this seems to have been forgotten today. In addition, wood fabrication is simpler and more viable for this course.

In the months of July and August we organize a series of surf lessons, with a duration of 4 days a total of 20h in which you will learn to function on the board and you will have an incredible time.

First we will do a study of your profile through different tests, if you don't know how to surf, don't worry! We will help you.

We make this file in order to help you more clearly and efficiently so that your experience with us is unique.

Once we have seen this, we will briefly explain some theoretical parts and take action.

We will warm up, we will do stretching, we will observe the waves to be able to distinguish, where to enter, paddle, sit, etc. and we will start this new adventure with the help of true professionals.

Knowing the keys and listening to these instructions will provide you with greater security and caution when taking on the activity.

Our goal is for you to be able to stand up, to control the board and to let yourself be carried away by the fun and adrenaline that this experience offers you.
