Sportanoe is a León company with experience in camps , children's camps and activities for schools, and which also manages activities such as the Zip Line or BTT routes through Las Médulas.

Its objective is to create awareness and sensitize the population that we must take care of the environment and also nature, and how do they do it? Through leisure and tourist activities in the natural environment. The possibilities:

• Multiadventure Camps . Camps that gather everything you want for your children, English, some tourism, many activities and a lot of fun while making friends and taking advantage of your vacations.
• Zip line . An activity that together with the climbing wall is perfect to enhance skills and build confidence. Thanks to the monitors, you will start with this activity in climbing and everything that surrounds it.
• BTT . They organize mountain biking routes through Las Médulas, one of the most striking natural areas of León and which are a must to cross out before dying.

Sportanoe will take you to know Las Médulas , an ancient site in León , very close to Bierzo , up on a BTT .

The marrows offer a wild landscape and from another time, or what is the same, a unique landscape in the whole world. There are no bridges or aqueducts but it is a direct inheritance of the Romans. It is a work of engineering that transformed the mountains giving rise to the landscapes that can be seen today. A mine from which gold was extracted and which hides caves and routes worth seeing and knowing.

The mountain bike routes are guided by one of the Sportaone instructors, they are designed to enjoy the most beautiful areas without having to climb too many hills. There are different routes depending on the time you have, the experience or the area you want to see.

Choose between half a day or a full day, in this last option there will be a stop for lunch.

We do not want you to take a simple bike ride, the bike is just an excuse to enter the beautiful places of Las Médulas and enjoy the unique landscape.

Sportanoe brings you closer to the world of climbing through its zip lines and climbing walls in León . An activity that helps awaken habits, build purposes and create attitudes of improvement and effort.

Zip line phases:

• Theoretical phase . What is climbing? You will receive a small introductory class, you will learn about the materials that are used, how it is made and the security measures that are taken. Everything to help you have a positive experience.
• Heating Phase . It is necessary to warm up before starting the climb, because as in other sports the body has to be prepared and thus we will avoid injuries.
• Practical phase . A first practice with three points of support to improve your balance and coordination, and while you are trusting. There will be a first ascent and a rappel descent per participant.
• Games phase . On the second climb you will play some games. Among them the blind climber, you will have to climb blindfolded and the instructions of a partner, the game of the handkerchief, that of the crab climber, where you will have to make the climb with your back to the wall, the one-armed climber or the step counter, and the time trial, a climb with limited time. To go down you will use the zip line.

Sportanoe works in León preparing summer camps , from July 8 to 15, in Las Cabañas de Carucedo. The perfect alternative for your children to have fun this vacation taking advantage of the natural environment of this area, helping them to interact with other children and training in values while they learn and take advantage of this adventure.

Three axes will guide the camp:

• Education . They will teach them to live in a group, to relate and respect others, to relate to the environment and promote their autonomy. All through the activities and games prepared. Environmental, social and cultural education will be of special importance.
• English . The workshops and activities will be held in English, the posters will also be in English as well as all the routines.
• Multiadventure . Tirolona and climbing wall, canoeing trips, hiking and archery days watched over at all times by the instructors so that they can enjoy and learn to love nature.
