At Vivetietar we carry out canoe descents and crossings along the Tietar River. We have 1,2 and 3-seater canoes that are very comfortable and easy to handle. Handling is easy, they are anti-tip and unsinkable.
The propulsion is with a double blade oar, the equipment we add is life jackets, a watertight container to carry personal belongings (photo camera, binoculars, sandwich, drink, etc.) and a neoprene suit and boots, if the season of the year requires it.
The route is guided with a monitor, and with just a little theory before leaving we can go out to do the activity safely. so don't hesitate, it is for all audiences and ages.
In Vivetietar we have three routes, one with calm waters, ideal for getting started in a canoe, another for descending a gentle river, and another for more adventurous people with whitewater areas.
Calm Waters:
The descent down the Tietar River is done through calm waters suitable for everyone, including children.
Ideal to enjoy with family or friends.
Throughout the tour you will be able to feel the exuberant nature that surrounds us, and an unbeatable view of the Sierra de Gredos in the background.
They will have a unique experience to remember for a long time.
Whitewater:
12 km route with whitewater areas, lasting approximately 4 hours.
This section is ideal for experienced athletes. It's only for adults. It has really fun and exciting steps
The section runs through an area of landscapes very rich in flora and fauna, with an absence of towns and roads.
Maximum capacity for 10 people. Come and see.
Oh, and don't leave your friends behind!

Very good to go with the stops that are made very well especially the last one when you stop for a snack.Review translated from Spanish
