Description of The Smugglers Route All-Terrain Vehicle 3 hoursIf you like adventure and want to have a cross country new experience, come with us to our route in a 4x4 with our incredible vehicles.
In the Port de Cabús, at 7552 feet high, we can find a border crossing that was used in the past to smuggle tobacco.
That's where we will begin our route in a 4x4 in the forest track of Andorra, following Sansa's path.
We will stop different points along the route, like in the Montané crossing, where we will stop to go up to the Roc de Llumeneres by foot, a beautiful peak from which you will enjoy the incredible views.
We will pass through different areas, in which you will be able to sight boars, eagles, deer, roe deer and many wild animals indigenous to the region.
We will finally reach Tor, a town located in the highest altitude in all Catalonia, where we will visit La Borda de Ca la Cisqueta, a beautiful restaurant in a typical house of the Pirineo Catalán. You have the option to have lunch or dinner, the cuisine is that typical of the mountain area, salad with sausages of the region, trinxat, Arroz de montaña (rice dish of the region) and braised meat.
We will go back to the starting point through the Montané path, stopping at a shepherd's shelter along the way.
The route has a moderate technical difficulty and we will cover a total of 28,5 miles, which will take 3 hours.
Each vehicle has 7 seats. In case there are minors that need approved child safety seats, you will need to notify us before making the reservation.
Mandatory to bring your DNI or Passport, since we will be crossing the border.
