Sail in a canoe along the Águeda River, one of the tributaries that feeds the Duero riverbed. The tour starts from Ciudad Rodrigo, one of the most outstanding cities of Salamanca for its medieval character.

Our activity can last up to half a day since we propose a navigation of around 2 hours following the leafy banks of the Águeda. We will use the remaining time to take a break before reaching the goal that we will have set for ourselves.

In order not to get hot, we will take the opportunity to take a bath in the river while we have the opportunity to consult the guide about what we have been seeing and what the stretch that lies ahead of us is like.

The moments before the descent will be dedicated to providing you with some indications to move correctly in the canoe. Each one of you will carry a paddle that you have to know how to insert and get out of the water so that you can advance at the desired speed.

It was a very fun experience for the whole family, both children and adults.

The monitor was at all times aware of us and explained to us; in a very simple and fast way how to use the oars and be able to go to one side or another of the river (it was the first time that we did pirag & uuml; ism).

Come spend the day with us in Ciudad Rodrigo! We will make a canoe descent through the waters of the Águeda River, as it passes through this beautiful town in Salamanca.

We will make a section of about 6 kilometres. To complete it we will spend approximately 2 hours. During the tour, we can make stops to bathe in the river or to rest.

Before beginning the adventure, the guide will be in charge of making a small briefing on the handling of the canoes and will distribute all the necessary material for the activity. You can ask them all the questions that arise during the tour.
