Almofrei is an affluent which belongs to Lérez river, whose source is located in Monte do Seixo. The starting point for the route will be the bus station in Pontevedra to a water cliff, very dinamic and easy to start in these kinds of activities.

A good physical condition is not required to participate in this activity, although we will pass through difficult areas. Could you think of a better plan to disconnect from your daily routine and get relaxed with your kids, family, friends, and so on? Even it's a perfect plan for a birthday celebration or another special event. Don't doubt it anymore and come with us.

This natural environment counts on diverse ponds, waterfalls with 10 and 19 feet in height, and slides. If you don't want to pass through a specific area, don't worry, because we can continue our activity passing through a different place!

This activity will approximately last from 2 to 3 hours, although it'll only depend on each specific group. You will be provided with all the equipment for this activity: one-piece wetsuit (with life vest) or two-piece wetsuit (long-sleeved wetsuit), neoprene shocks, helmet, and strings. Booties are not included, so you need to bring your own booties or a good pair of trekking shoes.
