Are you looking forward to an exciting experience? Then read this activity carefully, because we offer you fun and adventure in a special setting: the Almofrei river. Come with your friends or family and enjoy canyoning: a sport that combines hiking techniques, climbing, abseiling... Because this activity will consist of crossing the course of the river to obtain unique energy and beautiful views. In the 3 hours that the exercise last you will not believe the places you will go through.

Having a level 1 of difficulty, it is the perfect route for those who want to have some first experience of this sport if they have not done anything like it before. The Almofrei-Cotobade area through which we will progress, presents jumps, slides, some natural slide and very simple rappels, so the physical requirement is minimal.

Of course, the environment full of lush vegetation and areas with water pools, is still just as spectacular. Playing sports in this space with good people will be the best of your day. Remember that the group is also small (no more than 20 people), since we want everyone to be comfortable and for the new canyoneers to feel safe.

Bring some hiking boots with a quality sole, thermal shirt and spare clothes, we will give you the rest. The qualified monitor will tell you how to use it. We are waiting for you!
