Description of Caving in Sorbas Treasure CaveWe bring you one of the most interesting activities in the adventure sports: a caving tour. For all those who love to look into the mysteries nature has, this is the perfect activity to spend a day with friends or family.
Our expedition will be the treasure cave, located in the village of Sorbas, in Almeria. This village has no more than three thousand people and is also known as "la Cuenca chica" (Small Cuenca), due to its hanging houses that remind of the Manchegan city.
The treasure cave is one of the most exciting and interesting caves in the area of Almeria. It has a total of 1900 metres and an incline of -52 metres, which causes low temperatures inside the cave but lots of humidity.
You'll walk through the cave observing all sorts of curiosities. The instructor will accompany you at all times and will tell you stories that have happened, anecdotes about the origin of the cave and the village.
It isn't necessary to have any type of experience because the tour will follow the pace the participants set. You'll have all the necessary equipment to carry out this activity.
Once you finish the walk through the cave, you'll have a picnic with the rest of your colleagues in the area of Sorbas. Lastly, you won't have to worry about locating the cave since we'll take charge for picking you p in our base of Almeria, get you to the cave and then back to the starting point.
