Climb Ramales all levels with photos, 4 hours

The mountains of Cantabria offer us the ideal place to learn climbing and try a new session of your favourite sport. That´s why we have prepared a 3-hour activity that is covered in the Ramales´ School. 

If you are not familiarized with this denomination, we say that is a climbing school that already has everything prepared and equipped for you to hang on with ropes and harnesses, just to minimize all the risks during the practice. The Ramales´ School is one the most popular one in the region because it has vias for all types of climbers, including those that have just started with this sport.  

We have prepared a class that lasts 3 hours, in total, in which you will have the assistance from one of our instructors and the technical material that secures. Also, we will lend you climbing shoes that facilitate the feet adherence to the rock wall. We will take care of bringing water bottles for you not to suffer from hydration, and we will be taking photos for you to leave with a photo reportage to see how all went. 

We will start by giving a briefing about the characteristics of this modality. Is important for you to pay attention to how to use the equipment you are carrying and helmet you have on. From there, you will start climbing the vertical wall in front of you, whilst the instructor supervises and watches for your progression, in an accurate way. Once we finish, you will be full of confidence. 

Remember to bring the appropriate clothes to move freely. Pants should be sporty one, and if we are in winter season, bring warm sweatpants. Is better to tie back the hair, if you have it long, to avoid obstruction whilst going up.
