Description of PADI Open Water Diver course, Mataró
If you are interested in water sports and would like to learn more about diving, the best option is to take the Open Water Diver Course (PADI).
This certificates allows you to dive as deep as 60 feet almost anywhere.
The OWD consists of three parts:
On the diving trips we take you to the port by our own vehicle and from there by boat to the dive site.

- Theory, during 2 days, Monday and Tuesday, from 19:30 to 21:30.
- Swimming pool sessions, 2 days, Wednesday and Thursday, also from 19:30 to 21:30.
- 4 open water sessions, 2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
On the diving trips we take you to the port by our own vehicle and from there by boat to the dive site.

- 2x1 for dives
- 5% discount for the Advanced Open Diver Course.
What does the activity include
- 2 days of theory (the usual schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 19:30 to 21:30)
- 2 days of swimming pool sessions (the same hours, Wednesday and Thursday)
- 4 open water sessions (2 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday)
- Diving insurance during the course.
- Diving equipment and tanks during the course.
- PADI instructor.
How long the activity lasts
You will have one week to complete this course.

Mon-Thu from 19:30 to 21:30 + Sat and Sun from 8:00 to 14:00

How does it work?
- Purchase the activity with Fixed Date.
- Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.

What happens in case of bad weather?
Don't worry about the weather. If the provider cancels due to weather conditions or unexpected issues, you can postpone the date at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
