To be able to discover the underwater depths, first of all you have to try your hand at diving. In this activity we offer you a immersion in a pool, in Tarifa, which will last about 2 or 3 hoursdepending on the evolution of the group and the speed at which you exhaust the air.

The advantages of diving in a pool are that by not having so much pressure on us because we do not have as much mass of water on us, we will be able to train better, at a depth of between 6 and 10 meters. First we will give you a theoretical base, with which you can face the 4 exercises that we have prepared, and then we will go on to dive in the pool.

Once inside we will take photos of you and then we will give them to you in a video with music so that you always remember your first experience in the water.

Also after finishing the activity you can stay to swim in our pool and have a good time in the water.
