We have the best plan for a fun team building in Sierra de Madrid. It can be organised in several hotels in the mountain range, either indoors or outdoors.
It consists of an array of games and dynamics. The games are the following ones:

- Spider web: we build a spider web with ropes and all participants cross it without making the rattles sound.
- Mines field: like the traditional minesweeper but in real life, uncovering grids.
- Wheelbarrow race: sitting backwards on an actual wheelbarrow, the guide will give instructions to the driver -who will have his/her eyes covered- while looking at a mirror.
- Water race: divided into teams, they should carry a container full of water while running, trying not to pour it out.
- Stilts race and mini tricycle race.
- The traditional handkerchief game, typical Spanish.
- Tug of war, to prove which team is the strongest -or most skilful!- tugging the rope.
- Giant sacks race, for 5-6 people.
- Elastic man: attached to a rope, the participant should fulfil different objectives.
- Monkey bridge: you should cross two ropes over a simulated lake.
- Radioactive lake: the participants should get an object without entering a certain perimeter.
- Relay race, overcoming different obstacles.
- Blind walking: everybody covers their eyes except one, who should guide the others using a code.
- Container: the participants should move the water from one container to another without spilling it out.
- Blanket game: without stepping out the blanket, you should turn it upside down.
- Stand up at once grabbing each other's arms.
- Collective memory: the participants should memorise as many shown objects as possible.
- The 7 wonders: divided into groups, you should find the 7 wonders we will tell you.
- Circle triangle: you should do these figures with your eyes covered.
- Age line: without speaking, you should line up distributing yourselves according to your age.
- Reaching a point: after receiving scarce information, you should reach a certain spot to fulfil an errand.
- Dictate: talking on a walkie talkie, one describes a picture for the other to draw it.
- Conveyor belt: everybody should form a conveyor belt to carry someone.
- Paintball shooting gallery: you will shoot certain objectives with paintball guns.
