This trekking excursion is designed for mountain lovers and long walks through its winding trails. We take you on one of the most impressive and magical areas of the Picos de Europa on a trekking route through the Vindio Ring in an exit that will take place over 5 stages.
Prepared with your own mountain equipment and technical equipment, you will begin the programme established following one of our specialized mountain guides that we will divide into 5 stages and where we will spend the night in each of them in the corresponding mountain shelters.

- First stage. We will leave from Los Lagos de Covadonga until we reach the refuge of Vegarredonda. It will be the shortest route but it will help us adapt to the environment and thus be prepared for the following, which will require us more. In total, we will travel 8 kilometers in an estimated time of 3 hours.
- Second stage. This route will include the itinerary between the Vegarredonda refuge and the Vegabaño refuge. They will be a total of 16 kilometers with which we will reach points such as the Llampa Cimera, Jou de las Pozas ... until finally reaching the refuge of Vegabaño. Without a doubt, the hardest section but perhaps the most beautiful one of them. During the tour you will enjoy a lunar landscape. We will spend between 8 and 9 hours.
- Third stage. We will leave the shelter to head for the town of Cain. Although we will also meet a distance of 16 kilometers, this stage is more comfortable. There will be a section where we have to walk through a beech forest, located in the beautiful valleys of Sajambre and Valdeón. Time: 6 hours.
- Fourth stage. The objective will be to reach the Vega de Ario refuge after a 6-kilometer route and an approximate time of 5 hours. Through its paths you will enjoy the splendid places that make their way to the Collado de las Cruces and thus finally reach the refuge.
- Fifth and last stage. It will take us to the Buferrera car park. The route will be 8 kilometers and will be practically downhill. Now, having relaxed for a while, we will be able to enjoy the views of the spectacular Central Massif.
