Sharing a different day to do team building is something that helps create a good work environment. Come with your companions to Albanyà to do a water trekking route along the Muga River.

You do not need to have experience in hiking or any similar activity, just bring a swimsuit, a towel, comfortable shoes ready for the water and a change of clothes. The experience is simple but very fun, in which the natural environment of this area so far north of Girona will relax you and make you closer to the ties between you.

The common thread is hiking, and discovery is the theme that fills the almost 3 hours of adventure. We will jump, walk and swim in the river, while we get to know in detail the rocks, the vegetation and some traces of animals that cool off and feed on the banks of this Pyrenean rapid.

The monitor is an expert in these river routes, and has prepared some games to go over the Muga.
