Description of Horse Riding in Zahara de los Atunes BeachDo you want to experience a different way of horse riding? Then, we have the perfect match for you: try with horse riding from Playa de Zahara de los Atunes to Cortijo de Quebrantamichos, in Cádiz.
We go horse riding all along the beach, enjoying its white sand and crystal water. With a very low difficulty level, this tour is apt for everybody. Beach is 12km (8mi) long and is full of varied flora and fauna species.
After riding, we will drive you to visit the Jadraza Palace, former fortress owned by Dukes of Medina and used to keep and make goods. Directly fished in the "almadrabas" (place and technique used to fish tuna) and taken from sea to the palace, the tuna fish were stored in this building. Then, fish were cutted up and kept in brine.
You will feel like going back to the past when walking along the corridors and chambers of the palace, under its arches, built during the Middle Age era.
To finish off, we will get to the Cortijo de Quebrantamichos.
