We start from our farmhouse in the town of Chiclana de la Frontera, a municipality of Cádiz and from there, we walk through the spectacular pine forests of the area on the back of our >beautiful horses.
From this leafy area of Chiclana, we head to La Barrosa beach, where we will blend in with the sun and the waves, riding a horse along the seashore.

Two girls accompanied us. The one who was behind spent the 2 hours, without exaggeration, talking on the phone, talking to her relatives about her end-of-year plans. It seemed super unprofessional to me, and they didn't even bother to interact with us. We spent 2 hours without talking, with the sound of the girl talking on the phone, with horses that were very slow.
I understand that for safety reasons you have to follow some guidelines, but it seemed extreme to me.
The beach was super pretty, but the walk was very boring. Taking things philosophically, I tried to take the experience as something more meditative, but listening to the girl talk about the alcohol she was going to drink, what she was going to wear and how she was going to get to the party, it complicated things a little.

Laura, our instructor, was attentive to me and my friend, who were newbies and came with a little fear. But thanks to her explanations we felt comfortable and safe very quickly.
The horses were very docile and well cared for. I liked it so much that now I want to continue teaching riding lessons. The route was very complete and the part of the beach with the sunset was simply spectacular.
