To go on a kayak trip across a river, or simply to enjoy a ride on this type of vessel, there's no harm in knowing how to react when you face the possibility of your vessel being upturned. With our kayak rolling course in Navaluenga, we will teach you everything you need to know to escape successfully of a situation like this one.
During one full day, that will be divided into morning and afternoon sessions, we will put into practise everything you have learned at the river Alberche. The professional instructors will make sure that you learn the basic techniques to to achieve on your own, rolling your kayak and turning it upside.
We will provide you with the wetsuit and helmet to practise completely safely. Besides, in order to recharge your batteries, we will also offer you a picnic meal that we will enjoy during the break in order to resume with the course.
* Being able to swim is obligatory to join this course.

How long the activity lasts
This activity will have a duration of 1 day, divided into morning and afternoon session.
When your activity starts and finishes
The morning sessions will be held fom 11:00 to 14:00 h. The afternoon sessions from 16 to 18:00 h.
