Are you into mountaineering? Then we recommend that you get enrolled in this orienteering course in Madrid, because if you like taking up sports in the mountain, knowing how to orient yourself is crucial.

We'll teach you how to choose the itineraries, calculate how much time they take, how to design routes and much more. You'll have a PDF dossier with all the important theory concepts, definitions and tips to solve all your doubts regarding this discipline.

This course will last 1 day, on which a specialised instructor will be in charge of teaching and helping you in whatever you need, as well as carry a first-aids kit. In the event of an emergency, he/she'll be able to rescue you. Likewise, we'll provide you with a map, a compass and an opisometer; tools that will help you to easily get oriented in the mountain.
