Guided tour of ornithology in Palmones

The perfect situation is given for birds of all kinds to nest and rest on their ground. We are talking about the Palmones river, in the Campo de Gibraltar, and the large number of birds that come together every year in this wonderful place. Do you want to live it yourself? Come to this birdwatching tour.

We will stay at the La Montera hotel, located in Los Barrios. From this point we will begin the guided route that will take us to the marshes observatory, in the Palmones river. We will spend an entire morning to contemplate the flight of the different birds that inhabit this southern region, such as the majestic osprey and migratory wading birds.

After mid-morning, around 11:15 am, we will travel to the town of Palmones, specifically on the other side of the river. In this way you can see from different points the ornithological show that takes place every day in the marshes.

After all the morning of observation, it will be time to eat (at 2:00 p.m.) and then return home.
