Bring yourself to learn how to master the paddle surf board like a real expert thanks to our 1-hour SUP classes in the beaches of Vilanova i la Geltrú. This way, you will learn the basics of how to keep yourself standing on this board, and keep a constant pace, and a fixed course whenever you  try dong paddle surfing on your own.

Since this is probably your first time on the board, or have had an unsuccessful attempts already, we will start by practising on the sand. On a firm and solid surface it will be much easier for you to assimilate the key concepts and learn how to position your feet, your body, and how to move your arms to paddle.

Once you have learned the basics, the instructor will take you to the water so that you can put everything you have learned into practice. He or she will be by your side at all times so that you can gain some confidence, and will give help you giving you advice.
