In the waters of Fornells, a spectacular spot in Menorca, there will be a paddle surf course just for you. Are you ready to start?
It is a course that is taught in the mornings, from 10:30 to 13:30. In this 3-hour session, we will have time to explain the basic concepts of SuP, so that you can put them into practice.
We will go from the simplest, standing up on the board, and starting to paddle. The course begins on land, and when you have acquired enough foundation, that's when we move on to the water.
We will explain why paddle surfing is very beneficial for health, both physically and emotionally.
You will also learn about the different types of stand up paddle that there are (wave, ride, long distance, down wind, etc.).
This offer is valid for adults. Children will pay a reduced rate, also available at Yumping.
