We will stay in the southern area of Cáceres , in the Sierra de Montánchez , a few kilometers from Badajoz to carry out this adventure through Heights. We will meet at a specific point and from there, in our vehicle, go to the upper area of a slope to begin preparations and take off from there.

The instructor will explain to you step by step how we are going to carry out the paragliding flight . He will take care of all the movements although you will have to collaborate at the beginning with a small race to jump from the highest part of the mountain. The wind will take care of the rest.

You will rise and begin to glide over the mountains in a flight session that lasts from 10 to 20 minutes (depending on what the weather allows). It is a smooth glide, without frights, that will allow you to see one of the most charming areas of Extremadura and from a unique perspective.

Come with comfortable clothes, that nothing prevents you from enjoying the freedom of flight. We will take care of the rest.
