Paragliding discovery course in Sopelana

Before doing the initiation course you have to know all the theoretical notions, and some practices, of the sport of paragliding. We help you to start in the aerial sport of paragliding. This day is dedicated to the first steps in the practice of paragliding, in a fun and dynamic way.

With this day you will have theoretical talks with the study material "paragliding initiation", a book with which you will learn all the theory related to this sport, as well as the history and development of this practice over time of the years.

We will also carry out practices such as race or back inflation, canopy control... and to finish the course you will take a tandem paragliding flight accompanied by the monitor who will be aware of your movements in the air.
