Paragliding dissemination course in Sopelana 4 hours

We encourage you to get started in the aerial world with the sport of paragliding. Thanks to our courses in the Bizkaia and Pyrenees area you can feel like a true adventurer, flying over the high peaks of northern Spain.

The course consists of four hours in which, always accompanied by a monitor, you will learn the first techniques of this sport. You will start with a brief theoretical talk in which the monitor will explain the basic movements of the paraglider, as well as the use of all the parts of the equipment.

You will perform inflation exercises, in two possible ways: running and on your back, you will control the paraglider, you will have some basic lessons on meteorology, safety in the air or aerology.

All the exercises that you do during the four hours of the course will be recorded by our monitors so that you can see each other and have a good memory of this adventure.

You don't have to fear for your safety, all our monitors are paragliding sports technicians, they will also always be aware of your movements both on the ground and in the air.

*In this course you will not be able to fly alone, since it is to learn the material and make a first contact with paragliding.
