Rafting Tormes-Section 1 Medium-Low Level

Taking a rafting descent down the Río Tormes is one of those mandatory things that you have to do at least once in your life. We are going to present you the first of the sections that can be crossed in this river, with a medium-low level of difficulty, ideal for you to come with your family or a group of friends.

This means that it is not necessary to have experience or, necessarily, to have ever been on one of these boats. In addition, you do not have to worry about anything since all the routes are accompanied by an instructor with an official degree who, in addition, before the starting gun, will explain some basic measures.

Because the first thing we think about is your safety. For this reason, apart from the training, we give you a helmet for your head and a life jacket, so that you feel calm. All you have to do is show your desire to have fun and come with comfortable clothes, a swimsuit and sunscreen just in case.

The activity is limited to the months of March, April and May, which is when the river flow is more abundant, but if the weather is the right one, get ready to live one of those adventures that you will remember forever. It is a section of about 8 kilometres in length that begins in the town of Aliseda de Tormes where we will have the central massif as a point of reference.

In the final part, we will have to deal with the mythical Bohoyo rapid, a moment that will make us experience all the emotion derived from this activity. An activity that, on the other hand, fosters cooperation and trust among the members of the raft, regardless of whether it is your partner, a family member or a friend.
