Description of Initiation to snowboard Sierra Nevada with material
Stop looking at the snow bard as if it were a strange and unknown object with this beginners course in Sierra Nevada, a course thanks to which we will make you and the snowboard become almost best friends. It consist in a 2 hour course that is held in the same day, for adults and children over 12 years old.
We don't ask for participants to have any previous experience because this course is aimed at beginners or barely experienced users that know that learning how to snowboard requires constant practice and help in order to improve. The course group that you will be part of will consist in a minimum of 3 people, and a maximum of 10.
We don't even need that you bring your own equipment, but we do need that you provide your own ski pass, since it is not included in the course. We will be the ones providing you with the best quality equipment favoured amongst snowboarding enthusiasts, from specialized brands like Sims, Burton, or Ride. You will be able to pick it up in our facilities right before the course starts or, if you are one of those who prefer being prepared for class in advance, you can also borrow it on the day before, after 19:00 in the evening.
Our meeting point will be the Monachil building. You will find it very easily, since it is located right by the ticket office, and near Plaza de Andalucía. Once you have met your fellow course partners, one of our instructors will explain you the basics of snowboarding, which you will be able to put into practice afterwards.

When your activity starts and finishes
This 2 hour course is held from Monday to Friday from: 10:00 to 12:00. Weekends and holidays, if people have signed up to this activity, it will be held from 14:00 to 16:00.

Description of Beginners snowboard course Sierra Nevada 2 days
Here is where snowboarding will stop being a secret to you, thanks to this 2-day introductory course for adults, and children over 12 years old. You will do so in one of the best locations of Sierra Nevada ski resort, and the only thing you will need is to come visit us with your ski pass (it is not included in the course).As the professional teamthat we are, we will make sure that you learn using the best equipment you could have. For this reason, we will be providing you with both a snowboard and ski boots that are the appropiate ones for you. You will be able to pick up both of them at our facilities right before the course starts, or the day before, from 19:00 h. You will see that all our equipment is from specialized, world-renown snowboarding brands, such as K2, LTD, or Burton, amongst others.
Plaza de Andalucía will be the location where the course will be carried out, and taught to groups between 4 and 10 students only. Finding it will be very easy, since it is next to the ticket office and the Monachil building, where our headquarters are.
We will spend 2 hours each of the 2 days of the course learning as a beginner, or revisinig some of the basics you might already know, but always as part of this introductory course.
What does the activity include
- Snowboarding equipment, including ski poles and ski boots, for each student.
- Qualified snowboarding instructor.
How long the activity lasts
A total of 4 hours for the whole course, divided into 2 hours on the first day, and other 2 hours on the second day of the course.
When your activity starts and finishes
Depending on the availability and the number of groups, the courses are held : from 10:00 to 12:00 h, from 12:00 to 14:00 h from Monday to Friday. On weekends and holidays: from 10:00 to 12:00 h, from 12:00 to 14:00 h, and from 14:00 to 16:00 h
