Beginners surf course 5 days Castro Urdiales

This is a surfing course for people who dare to try new experiences, whilst enjoying the waters of Castro Urdiales.

In this beginner's course, you will be able to enjoy 3 hours daily, to which we will dedicate between 15 to 20 minutes in going to the chosen beach, depending on the climate and wave conditions to surf, 20 minutes for the theory briefing, the moment when the basic notions of the usage of the equipment is explained, the geography and the influence in surfing, we will meet the beaches and currents, will see different types of waves and the corresponding surfing techniques to surf each and one of them, the safety rules and preferences. 

Next, we will warm-up for 10 minutes, and practice in the water what was learned outside of it, for 1:45h, then warm-up for 10 minutes more and to then, go back to the school. 

The schedules we offer are, mornings: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM and afternoons: 4 PM - 7 PM. 

Also, during the last day, when you already controlled the surfboard, we will make you a pictures report.
