- You'll come to our centre to get the material. We're situated in Porís de Abona.
- Once we get to know each other, we'll see some theoretical aspects on sand. We'll get familiarised with the table and we'll practice some exercises to know what to do in the water.
- We'll go to the sea. It will cost us some efforts to put in practice all we have learned, but don't worry, it's just the begining. Besides, the monitor is here to help you.
