Grenache grape has been grown following tradition, and it provides us with an exceptional base for our wines elaboration. We ferment our products in controlled temperatures for macerating and aging it with its pomace in oak wood.
Mr. Miguel Ángel Bordejé Cruz started our commercial brand of Bodegas Bordejé. He was also who modernized wine elaboration and aging processes and who introduced the first Macabeo, Tempranillo and Merlot stocks in Spain.
