Bwater Diver Barcelona is a diving club located in Barcelona. From there they plan courses and activities along the Costa Brava, especially in Cala Giverola from where they do numerous dives.
Diving is a surprising world but to be able to do it you have to have certain foundations and not embark on the adventure without knowledge. For this reason, at Bwater they have planned different courses and activities so that you learn in the best possible way:
- Sea baptism: this is a first contact in which you will go down to 6 meters deep. You will go down with the suit, the cylinders and everything you need to feel like a true professional. This activity is for all those who have never practiced diving or scuba diving and want to have an introduction to this sport that lasts between two and three hours. You will learn all the basics such as the meaning of the signs that divers make under the sea and also how to breathe underwater.
- Open Water Courses: you will be able to acquire all the theoretical and technical bases to be able to dive on your own without the need for an instructor to supervise each of your movements. The practical classes will be taught both in the pool and in the sea so that you can learn to dive in all possible conditions. The minimum age for this course is 10 years, you will also need a certificate indicating that you can practice diving. At the end of the course you will receive an official title to be able to investigate the depths on your own.
- Advanced courses: If you are a professional diver, we offer you a course in which you will reach a depth of 30 meters. We will take you to the deepest part of the Costa Brava so that you can enjoy the dive in the best conditions. To take this course it is necessary to have taken the Open Water and be over 12 years.
