The Aragón Cowgirl Dressage Association is located in the town of Osso de Cinca , in the province of Huesca, 40 minutes by car from Lleida. It was born in 2004 with the main objective of disseminating this type of riding in Aragon.
It offers various services related to horse riding and horses:
- Horseback excursions lasting one or several days, all with a gastronomic meeting point.
- Training days on areas of the world of horsemanship, with special emphasis on everything that has to do with cowgirl dressage.
- Days of equestrian games , so that younger children can enjoy the horses and get started in the world of horse riding.
- Harassment days : this modality is done in pairs and consists of trying to turn a bull with the help of a pole.
Cowboy dressage consists of performing a series of exercises in a closed space that are commonly used to control cattle. In Spain it has its origins in the region of Andalusia.
