Do you want to discover one of the most beautiful areas of the province of Ávila? With the Horas a Caballo Club you can explore this picturesque Castilian landscape and discover the towns of the region together with the best riders in the region.
Depending on your level, we will invite you to try routes of different duration and complexity:
-
Walk with a monitor: They take place in the vicinity of the club and the participants will always be accompanied by our companions. You can discover the surroundings of our town, Riocabado, or take a short climb to the Alto de Berlanas.
-
Long walks: They are around 2 hours long so we can take you to the Cañada Real or to enjoy the landscape of Casas de Santa Isabel, a great area that can be visited all year round.
-
Half-day routes: It is designed for those riders who have a sufficient level to handle horses for 4 or 6 hours. We will go to the surrounding towns such as Aveinte and Narros de Saldueña or we will visit Alto Costones or the area of Cristo Pinares. >. These last two tours are done in groups of 4 people, while for the shorter ones we simply require 2 participants.
-
Routes of more than one day: These are the most interesting routes and itineraries with which you can fully discover our region. The shortest is a day and a half and runs through theAdaja River Viewpoint. But if you want more intensity, we recommend choosing the 2-day excursion to Castro de Miranda or the one we do to Narrillos de Rebollar. Finally, the longest that we suggest is the 3-day one that reaches Arévalo passing through such emblematic towns as Pajares.
On routes that last more than one day we will stay camping in a bivouac or, depending on the route you choose, we will stay in collective cabins that we will be in charge of looking for in Horas a Caballo.
