Discover with Natureza DAN Activities the region of A Coruña, As Mariñas, Fraga de Cecebre (Animated Forest), the Ria de Betanzos and many more corners of Galician nature. With us you can travel the paths of some rivers in the region, such as the Mero, Barcés, Mandeo, Eume, Lambre, etc.

In addition, with us you can get to know the surroundings of the Cecebre / Abegondo Reservoir, which is formed by the Mero and Barcés rivers. You can also take a look at the viewpoint par excellence of the Ártabro Gulf, and even go up with us to the “Castelo” do Monte Xalo.

We offer you several options to visit the impressive landscapes of the region:

• BTT courses. We teach you to explore the most interesting places in our geography on your bike while having fun and keeping an eye on the landscape.

• Orientation courses. With us you will learn to guide yourself in the most practical and entertaining way possible.

• Natural species recognition course. Would you like to distinguish the most common species of local fauna and flora? Then join our course, taught by experts from the area.

Natureza Activities DAN Hiking is dedicated to discovering the most characteristic paths and landscapes of the region through hiking routes designed by professional experts from the area.

Activities Natureza DAN BTT offers you guided bicycle excursions, with the possibility of renting the bicycle at our facilities. At a much lower price than you think, we are sure we have exactly what you are looking for.

Our excursions are guided by experts in the area and are entertaining, enriching and fun. We offer you two types of excursion depending on the time you have:

• If you don't have much time, in four hours (half a day), you can travel between 30 and 50 km. The excursion goes from the beach to the granite rocky mountains through laurel forests and wetlands.
• If you have the full day, it will give you time to enjoy and learn about the fauna and flora, visit traditional buildings or appreciate castreño enclaves.
• If you have a week, you can get to know the whole region.
