In Al Mesquid Stable we have proposed that you fall in love with horses just like we do and that is why we give you the possibility to participate in our summer equestrian camp or in our horseback riding through the natural environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda . In this beautiful town of Cadiz is our equestrian center where you will come to get on our horses and go galloping around.

If you choose our outing on horseback the first thing you will do is test your level. In this way, the guide who will accompany you during the journey will know what rhythm to print on the journey that will take you to know the most famous vineyard fields of Sanlúcar. But it will not only be that what you see. The route is 2 hours long , so you will also visit the Cortijo de la Fuente.

If you like nature, horseback riding and discovering corners off the beaten track, our horseback riding excursion will fascinate you. But if you want to come with children and you prefer that they acquire practice before embarking on a journey, sign them up for our summer camp that will be held from July 16 to 29.

The camp is focused on the little ones at home acquiring knowledge about the equine world while practicing all kinds of sports and games . They will learn about the care of the horse and its diet thanks to the talks they will receive from an expert veterinarian and a farrier.

When you think of Cádiz, you think of its extensive beaches, its rich gastronomy and the pleasant climate that is breathed in the summer months. At Al Mesquid Stable we have a proposal for children to spend an educational and fun summer: a horse riding camp in the beautiful town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

We will teach our children's camp under the careful supervision of monitors who will prepare different activities: games, horse riding, crafts, caring for equines, etc. They will also receive training talks from of professional vets and farriers. At the end of the camp they will be very familiar with these noble animals.

Due to the tranquility that these four-legged animals transmit, pointing your child to an equestrian camp is a good method for them to enjoy while they relax and learn the natural and healthy lifestyle of an equestrian. They will move away from video games and the chaos of the city.

We will meet at our farm from which you will receive a short instruction from one of our professional instructors. Depending on your experience and skill, you can choose your horse. In addition, as it is a guided group route, the route and rhythm will be adapted to this, thus allowing everyone to enjoy the great panoramic views that the Cadiz environment will offer you.

One of the main characteristics of this route are the vineyard crops that you will find on each side of the road. You will also get to know on the back of your horse the historical watering hole of the Cortijo de la Fuente and the natural formation known as Lake Ligustino.

In total, we will dedicate 2 hours to a journey of about 8 -10 kilometers through the wildest and most rugged terrain of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Nothing that any lover of these animals and living environments cannot overcome. In addition, it is a simple walk to which anyone is invited to participate.

Recommendation: long pants and clothing appropriate to the time of year in which it is performed. We provide the protective equipment (helmet) before departure.
