Alternatura Outdoor offers you one of the best adventure activities to enjoy with the fall of the first snow. Not only will you practice sports, you will also reach remote places in a totally fun and safe way, enjoying spectacular perspectives during the walk. In addition, practicing Snowshoes will provide you with countless benefits.

We will tour the Sierra de Madrid, walking through the most emblematic places of the Sierra de Gredos and the Sierra de Guadarrama, also reaching the most important peaks of each rock formation. Throughout the way you will learn everything that happens in the natural environment and you will be able to delight in the way of life of the multitude of animal species that live within it.

It is not necessary that you have previous experience or a certain physical shape, but we are aware that many mountain sports lovers are looking for strong emotions. For this reason, we have prepared our routes dividing them into three levels of difficulty so that all our users have a great time.

• Low Difficulty: the routes last approximately 3 hours, during which they cover regular terrain without unevenness. We can visit the Sierra de Guadarrama, starting from Puerto de Navacerrada until we reach Cerro del Ventoso. The length of the route is more than 6 kilometers.

• Medium Difficulty: we will travel through the Sierra de Guadarrama until we reach the enclave of the Seven Peaks. We will have fun with a regular terrain that has areas of small unevenness, during the 8 kilometers of length that has the same.

• High Difficulty: the most daring will opt for this option since it offers high emotions resulting from the irregularities of the terrain that it contains. You will find areas of height and roughness, as well as a certain inclination. We will escape from conventional paths and reach paths with thick vegetation and stone areas. The duration of the route is 5 hours, corresponding to the 10 kilometers in length, without taking into account the stops we make. We will ascend to Morezón, to contemplate its viewpoint of the glacial cirque, starting from the Sierra de Gredos.

Before starting each route, we will travel in a 4x4 vehicle to the starting point and you will receive a brief explanatory briefing on the materials and sliding techniques.
