At the Andalusian Federation of Speleology we take care of disseminating the benefits of several of the most interesting adventure activities, including underground ones, bringing them closer to both the general public and even those who are already specialized.
In addition to preparing you as an expert caver through courses and outings, we focus a large part of our efforts on young people and children by organizing camps for them in the summer months. These programs have these characteristics:
- They are available in four shifts between the summer months. We start on July 15 in weekly periods that we end on August 25.
- We stay at the Shelter of the School of the Andalusian Federation of Speleology . It is located in the Cadiz town of Villaluenga del Rosario and in it we enable fifty places for each of the shifts.
- We want the participants to advance in terms of autonomy of their own, encouraging them to do their own tasks, collaborate with other classmates and learn the basics of a good diet.
- To achieve this and, incidentally, have fun, they will caving , climb in a climbing wall, go hiking in the surroundings, spend time in the pool, watch movies and share craft workshops.

From the Andalusian Federation of Speleology we take care that you know the subterranean universe that hides under the landscapes of the south of the peninsula through periodic activities, competitions and training courses.
If you want to learn everything that a speleo expedition entails, you can enroll in our courses in which we prepare you on the following topics:
- Initiation to caving : we start from the base to teach you how to safely access a cave and what kind of techniques you need to know so that over time you feel prepared to be autonomous in this type of adventure .
- Topography in cavities : we will focus on knowing what data we collect to make an exact graph of what awaits us in each cave. This way we can anticipate the way to go through each one of them and help other cavers who visit the cave later.
- Installations and anchors : if you are going to specialize in these areas, you have to know how to place the points in which to fix the fasteners that we carry with us.
The Andalusian Federation of Speleology is pleased to organize summer camps. The camp will be held at the headquarters of the federation located in the town of Villaluenga del Rosario in Cádiz. This camp is located in a unique environment to discover the speleology of Andalusia such as the Sierra de Grazalema .
The camp is aimed at children between the ages of seven years old and fourteen years old , both ages included. The camp has a capacity of 50 boys and girls per shift. The activities that will be carried out are aimed at integrating children and gaining greater communication and cooperation between people. All surrounded by nature.
The activities that we have prepared so that the children are comfortable and have the best summer. We will do workshops in which we will discover caving in this area. Crafts workshops where we will capture what we have learned, among other things. We will also have a pool to enjoy on hot days. And we will go on excursions to nearby places such as the botanical garden where we will meet many plant species and visit the water museum.
