To get it you can try:

• Nordic Walking: It is not a normal walk but a somewhat different modality in which poles are used to support oneself. You can do it in courses or with excursions to the environment that surrounds us.

• Wine tourism: We believe that the best way to carry out wine tourism days is by combining them with a short walk through the region. At Bendhora we call it tast'n'walk and you are sure to love it. After walking around the winery, you will enter it and we will explain where the wine comes from with all the details. The most special part is where we taste the wine and enjoy its flavor and smells.

Bendhora is a company dedicated to active tourism and organizes hiking tours around Barcelona and other Catalan spots. What sets us apart from the rest? We put Nordic walking into practice, a hiking modality that is done with the support of poles.

For you to discover this sport we propose two options:

• Nordic walking initiation courses: a one-hour session where you will learn the technique of this modality.

• Improvement course: 3, 6 or 8 hour classes where you will definitely learn to walk with poles.

• Excursions : tours through different natural environments where we will practice Nordic walking

In addition, we prepare special activities for those who want to follow a injury rehabilitation plan . This type of hiking will help participants to strengthen muscles that have failed in a break or sprain.

From Bendhora we have created a new product that combines Nordic walking with visits to vineyards and wineries in different parts of Catalonia. The tast'n'walk becomes a unique, fun and enjoyable experience to get to know the territory, its proximity products and a new physical activity with multiple health benefits.

On the tast'n'walk, a Nordic walk through the vineyards is combined with the tasting of wines and local products that pair with each wine.

It is an excursion suitable for everyone since the routes that we will do do not exceed 6km.

In the activity we include:

• A guided route: you will be accompanied by our instructors and they will be the ones to discover the natural wonders around you. They are specialists in Nordic walking and hiking so you can ask them any question.
  
• Visit to the winery: we will visit it in full. First we will go to the vineyards and see how the grapes are born. Then it will be time to go in search of the large barrels where the wine is kept and which surprise all visitors. And finally, we will go out on the porch to taste the wine.
  
• Wine tasting: is the last part of our activity but also the most special since without it this visit would be meaningless. If the weather is nice we will do the tasting on the terrace overlooking the vineyards so you can see where the wine comes from while you savor it.
