• Canyoning : we will descend different ravines in the area such as the Alcantarilla . If you want to know the Sierra, this is a great way since you will cross all the roads while you practice sports.

In Casa Chaida we like to look for exciting activities and what better way to do it in the Sierra de Cazorla. One of the best ways to get to know and enjoy this place is to practice canyoning, a very complete sport that you can do practically all year.

The ravines we are looking for are quite simple so you can come with your friends even if you don't have experience. The Alcantarilla ravine is a favorite of our monitors that will take you through it using the most diverse techniques.

From large rappellings where you will fly over the rock, to plunge pools as refreshing as possible. You will also go down slides , run along dirt roads and cross narrow paths through the stones of the ravine.

As it is a water ravine we will leave you a neoprene . Another requirement is the use of helmet . Being complex routes, you will need it to avoid the small blows you can take.

Our paintball is ideal for unloading adrenaline. When you find us in an area as spectacular as the Sierra de Cazorla, you can see all five senses and you will always be alert to shoot.

Although it is a sport that anyone can do, we ask you some requirements:

• Being 16 years old: is the minimum age to come. It's paintball is a great idea if you have to organize a class outing or a different activity by the end of the course and want to spend the day with all your friends.
  
• Be 6 people minimum : this way we can make two teams of three participants in each one. If you were less, you could not play in such a fast-paced way and in the end you would get bored.
  

In addition to these two obligations, we also have a series of recommendations. The first is to have a certain physical resistance . If you lead a sedentary life, you probably get tired as soon as you start the game, so ideally you have some resistance to endure and enjoy without problems.

We also recommend to come with comfortable clothes to put yourself under the jumpsuit we will leave you. This will allow you to move faster and stay unbeaten for as long as possible.
