Our company Energy Aventura has been founded for several years by sports professionals, all of them graduates and lovers of adventure activities. The fundamental objective of our activities is to do different every day, that everything you do with us is so special that it makes you do it again. We are located in the best area of Girona, we carry out activities in full contact with nature, and we are very responsible with our ecosystem, therefore our activities are very ecological.

We have a wide variety of services with which you can enjoy. Our activities are aimed at all people, from the smallest to adults who still feel like children.

For example for the little ones we have children's entertainment made up of a wide variety of sports activities in which they can be enjoyed in the company of adults. They can do painting workshops, sports such as soccer or volleyball, or enjoy the good weather in our wonderful pool.

As for adventure activity we have a huge variety , divided by seasons; Either winter in which we highlight skiing and snowshoes, or the summer / autumn season in which segway routes, horseback riding, canyoning, hydrospeed, climbing, paintball, mountain bike routes, adventure circuit, kayaks, zumba, via ferrata ... among many others. Our activities will always be carried out under the supervision of qualified monitors, professionals with a lot of experience in the various activities that are carried out.

We have divided our activities according to the level of descent and the age of the participants , in this way we have the following options so that you can choose the one that suits you best:

• Initiation: this stage is for all those who have no experience in the sport of canyoning. It will be done in safe and quiet places, it can be done from the age of seven. It will last between two and four hours in which the monitors will teach you how to handle the flow of the rivers. For the spring season we will visit ravines such as Forat Negre, Thues aigua termal, Bordonera, Bòixols. While for the summer season it will be held in Encantades inferiors, Encantades integrals.

• Improvement: in this practice the movements that the people who participate already know will be improved, so a minimum of experience is required to perform it. The minimum age in this case is twelve years , and minors must always be accompanied by an adult, except on school excursions. The instructors will teach you to improve your techniques for about four or five hours. We will enjoy this activity in the ravines of Pas de l’escanell, La corba for the spring season, and in those of Gorges del llech, L’artiga for the summer season.

• Advanced: this activity is dedicated for all lovers of canyoning, great knowledge is required to practice. We have a wide variety of services within this sporting practice, since there are different modalities within skiing. Each service is characterized by different characteristics so that each one is adjusted to the needs of all the participants.

We highlight one of the most requested, which is Alpine Skiing , in this modality the basic techniques of skiing are practiced. This activity is carried out on icy or snowy terrain since in dry terrain the material would be damaged.

With this service we offer various routes through the vicinity of Girona, all of them marked by the various levels that are carried out so that each person adapts to the route of their experience, and in this way no one has to follow a higher or lower rate than you have. Each route will be guided by our official monitor, at the beginning of the activity the simple keys for the development of sports practice.

Snowshoes are very basic elements that are placed on the soles of footwear and perform the function of the harness. In addition, in this theoretical talk, he will indicate the characteristics that the route will have, as well as its duration, areas with more unevenness ... On the routes there will be some breaks, provided that all participants agree.

The minimum advisable age to carry out this activity is eight years, since at that age they already have an independent character to carry out this sport, and they do not have to depend so much on adults, although minors will always have to be accompanied by an adult .
