Escuela Asturiana de Speleologia y Cañones is a teaching center dedicated to sports training in the disciplines of caving and canyoning at all levels; from the usual sports technique courses to very specific and technical courses such as underground topography or monographs on meteorology or geology.

We have a wide range of courses lasting one or two days. The most basic monograph is First Steps, which is perfect if you want to get started in the world of canyoneering or caving. The canyon is the vein of the mountain, the furious course of incessant flow that carves the massif in search of the valley; It's rock and water, too. It is the kingdom of the hidden, the mysterious, the backlight and the incessant gloom that only rarely stabs a ray of sunlight before surrendering to the beautiful and tumultuous waters.

In the canyon it is the perpetual change of the foam spilled by the thunderous waterfalls, the eternal and self-destructive wear and tear of the rock of the pot and the bolus that corrodes it, rotating at the bottom in an infinite spiral.
