Galatea Centro Ecuestre is a farm in which horses take center stage. We base our success on the good treatment and care of our animals who, at the same time, return this friendly treatment by offering the best of them to our visitors.

We offer riding lessons for all levels. With us both adults and children can learn from 4 years. The groups will be reduced and we will separate them by levels in order to offer you the most complete and personalized teaching possible.

For those who already have certain knowledge in the equestrian world or for our students who have already reached an intermediate level, we give you the opportunity to continue your learning and specialize in a specific discipline of horsemanship such as dressage. or start training jumping with your horse.

In addition, from Galatea Centro Ecuestre we also go for a walk around our farm and, sometimes, we go down to Umbrete to enjoy the city from our saddles. You can accompany us on these outings whenever you want; You just have to call us and we will inform you about all our offers.

And if you have your own horse and you are looking for the ideal place to house it, you have already found it. In our facilities your partner can enjoy a individual 3x3 box or you can hire a semi-freedom regime . You will have the best food and care, in addition to enjoying exercise and daily walks. And, of course, you can come whenever you want to see it and enjoy it.

And for the little ones, on vacation we suggest you sign up for one of our camps . For several days, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. , he will take care of a horse which he will have to feed, clean, prepare for riding and help him carry out his daily exercise . In addition, will attend classes to learn the necessary knowledge to introduce and evolve in the equestrian world.

With the arrival of the holidays, many children hope to make the most of their free time and take advantage of the holidays to carry out activities that provide them with values and knowledge that are not learned in school. At Galatea Centro Ecuestre we offer you a equestrian camp especially recommended for those little ones who love animals and nature in which they will learn everything related to care and horse handling .

How is the camp organized?

Each child is assigned a horse on the first day (if the number of participants is greater than the number of animals, horses may be shared) so that can take care of it for the rest of the week .

The first task of the day is feed the animal . Our instructors will provide you with information on how to do it.

Afterwards, we will prepare the horse to mount it and carry out the corresponding riding lesson . The lessons will deal with balance, maneuverability and jump initiation exercises , without forgetting the games , since at the end of the day this camp is characterized by fun and direct contact with nature.

The children will also attend theoretical classes on equine anatomy, the breeds that exist, veterinary care and the different equestrian disciplines .

The camp will be held on December 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 . Attendance hours are from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. , although it can be made more flexible depending on the needs of the parents or guardians.

At Galatea Centro Ecuestre we are delighted to offer you extensive training on horse care and riding that adapts to all levels.

All classes are taught by certified teachers and last 60 minutes approximately. Our priority is exclusive treatment and personalized attention to the student because we believe that it is the most appropriate way to learn and adapt to individual circumstances, which is why classes are taught to a maximum of 4 students .

The levels assigned to each group range from initiation to advanced levels of dressage or show jumping . In addition, as we follow a training program based on the Galopes teaching system of the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation , we are accredited to grant the official diplomas that endorse the level acquired in our courses.

On the other hand, we put at your disposal a series of routes that you can do with your family and friends to enjoy both the horse and the beauty of the surrounding landscapes .
