Guiask2 is a company created by two nature lovers who want to teach you everything they know about the mountains and the beautiful places that Navarra gives us.

There are many activities with which you can enjoy while you get to know something more about the Comunidad Foral de Navarra:

• Climbing . Or how to climb walls with a marked slope.
• Via ferrata . To be able to reach those places with difficult access as well.
• Canoeing . Three levels and a single objective, that you learn to move through rivers in any weather condition or without having to worry about the water conditions.
• Hiking . Three impressive areas where you can walk without rest surrounded by landscapes of Navarre.
• Canyoning . A hilarious and very dynamic activity, you will have to manage to go through sections of difficult access and fight in the meantime with the currents of the water.

In all GuiasK2 activities you will be accompanied by a specialized guide. The necessary material for the activities will be given to you before starting them.

They have two levels of canyoning, so if you do not dare with large ravines, do not worry, in level one you will also enjoy a lot.

As for the material needed to carry out the activity, a towel, swimsuit, river shoes or booties will suffice, and a thermal shirt would be highly recommended.

This GuiasK2 activity includes the canyoning guides, a wetsuit, the necessary harnesses, a helmet that will be mandatory to wear throughout the activity, the ropes, the accident insurance and the liability insurance. GuiasK2 is a company based in Navarra that wants to teach you canoeing adapting to your level.

They offer you three levels:

• Initiation level . Several objectives will be marked, that you learn to navigate a simple river safely, that you learn to handle the shovel, they will teach you the techniques of self-safety and rescue, to read rivers and some movements of the skimontage.
• Level of improvement . For those who have kayaked before and want to try new rivers. You will learn more about reading the river, you will improve your shovel technique, and you will learn more rescue techniques that can come in handy. In addition, you will again try eskimontage techniques this time in current.
• Extreme Kayak level . You will need a consolidated level and security to travel class V rivers. Traveling these rivers with autonomy will be your objective, you will be able to take the first jumps with the canoe and carry out rescues in somewhat complex areas.

GuiasK2 will provide you with the specific material for both beginners and advanced levels. For the last level you must bring your own equipment and an individual kayak.

Touring the Pyrenees practicing hiking is a privilege that you will have at your fingertips thanks to GuiasK2 . A company that knows this mountain range perfectly and that wants to enjoy nature with you.

They will accompany you during the trek through the Sierra de Aralar, the Urbasa natural park and the Sierra de Andia. Or if you prefer, you can tour the Irati jungle, a path with several stages that is perfect if you want to extend the excursion for several days. Another option they have in the western Pyrenees is the circular crossing.

Hiking is a sport for which you need to be well equipped. We recommend that you get some good hiking boots, a thermal shirt, some pants with which you feel comfortable and others warm, something warm and a raincoat, a hat, gloves and a backpack with enough storage space but not weigh a lot. The poles are optional but they certainly help a lot. Some spare clothes can be useful in case there is a mishap.

The routes are fully customizable so until we know the exact days of the crossing we will not know the amount of food and water that we will need. A sleeping bag is essential on hiking days of several days.

The rocks of Etxauri and the Pyrenees are the ideal place to practice climbing and our guides know them by heart. GuiasK2 offers you an initiation course to climbing, in this case, sports, for which you will need the most comfortable clothing you have, sunscreen, a backpack, food to be able to have a drink in the mountains, and of course, water.

You will learn everything about climbing equipment, the types of rock on which this sport is practiced, the basic knots, the types of belays, the types of anchoring, and some climbing techniques. GuiasK2 will provide you with accident insurance, another for civil liability, and both individual and collective material. What are you waiting for?

If you know that you like climbing but have not yet been able to do this sport Guiask2 proposes you the via ferratas in Navarra .

This sport consists of accessing places that are difficult to access without previous experience in climbing. These routes are equipped with mountain nails, as well as special staples, areas with dams, chains, vertiginous suspension bridges, handrails ... which makes the route dynamic and that we can access areas that we could not otherwise.

With GuiasK2 you can practice this sport in the Sorrosal ferrata, the Toscar ferrata, the Artica Lena ferrata or the Peña Ruaba ferrata. Come with your friends, or with your family and we will organize a via ferrata tailored to your needs and according to your level.

You will only need sunscreen, sports clothing, a backpack and tekking shoes. The necessary material will be given to you by the guides before starting to travel the via ferrata. It is an activity that requires optimal weather conditions, so the best time to do the via ferratas is from April to September.
