The monitors we have will help you discover new sensations with a large number of different activities:

• Paintball: is our star activity. From games in which you must defeat the rival team to more exciting ones in which there will be a time limit. It doesn't matter what you choose or what team you are on since you will have as much fun shooting and running around our track.
  
• Hidrospeed: is perfect for daring groups. You will descend the river with a special board and propelling yourself with the fins. You can only do it if you know how to swim since most of the route is done with the body submerged.
  
• Speleology: we will get out of the water to reach the caves that make their way inside the mountain. You will enjoy crawling and jumping in caves full of stalactics and formations that you will have to go around to follow your path and reach the exit of the grotto.
  
• Canoeing, kayaks and canoes: choose the boat that best suits what you are looking for and come down the Cantabrian rivers. In addition to traditional activities you can also canoe and go down the river at full speed or kayaksurf for which we will go to the beach.
  
• Rafting: is a team sport and therefore you will all ride together on an inflatable raft. The rafts have between 6 and 8 places, so if you come more we will do a competition between you to see who finishes the tour first.
  
• Bungee Jumping: with us you will test your vertigo by launching yourself from the Villasuso de Cieza bridge. You will experience a fall of 18 meters in height, so if you choose this activity, prepare yourself for one of the greatest experiences of your life.
  
• Canyoning: we go to Vega de Pas to tour a canyon full of jumps and incredible walls. It is a water ravine so get ready to cool off and have fun with all your friends as you go through this amazing place.

We usually combine these activities for groups if they come to celebrate something special. We will give you all the facilities to prepare a bachelor party or a special birthday to surprise your friends. Sail with us through the most lively rivers in the Cantabrian province. You will be able to cross them while you paddle in our canoes and discover the most impressive sections. You can descend through more or less complicated places, in order to make your choice easy we propose two activities:

• Canoes in quiet sections: we do this modality in the Deva river . They are 12 kilometers where you will enjoy the waters. The starting point is Panes , and from there we will arrive at Unquera where we will give you a small picnic.
  
• Canoaraft: you can make descents in braver waters and full of rapids and currents. We will practice the descent in the Ebro river with routes of 1 and 2 hours . You can also choose the option of descending the Cares River with rapids of up to V degree for 2 hours . As it is a somewhat more complicated activity, only those over 14 years old can do it.

For both activities it is mandatory to know how to swim . We ask this as an essential requirement since we want your safety to be the most important. But removing that requirement is a perfect plan to know our most beautiful flows while enjoying the most typical nature.

Canyoning is an adventure sport where you can combine exercising while enjoying wonderful landscapes. You will have to descend canyons using different techniques from different disciplines such as caving or mountaineering. You will have to jump into pools, rappel, climb, slide down natural slides and waterfalls ...

The activity can be carried out from the spring season to autumn, more or less from Easter to November, in the medium and high levels and from 14 years of age . The only essential requirement is to know how to swim and not have vertigo.

K2 Aventura will provide you with all the necessary material to carry out the activity:

• Helmet
• Wetsuit
• Harness
• Descender
• Safety carabiner
• Ropes and safety equipment of the group

They will also put at your disposal a qualified guide to attend you at all times and ensure that the activity is carried out in the safest possible way. So you only have to worry about bringing a swimsuit, a towel, comfortable shoes, sun cream and a change.

Enjoy this adventure on our inflatable raft to descend rapidly until reaching the high speed and feel the best sensations. We want you to come and enjoy rafting, a sport with teams that will amaze you if the appropriate river for it is chosen. 

In K2 Aventura, we always provide rafting in the Ebro river. In its water currents, we offer two different routes, divided by level: 

• Level II: In the easiest trail even though you must have some level to do it. You will leave from Arroyo and after two hours of intense rapids and currents, you will reach Bustasur. Although it is a somewhat complex stretch child can come from 8 years.
   
• Level III: it is a more complicated and, in addition, longer section. We also leave the town of Arroyo but this time we will arrive at Aldea de Ebro. Along with this itinerary, you will have to save the strong currents to the rhythm that the roughest waters of the region mark you.

The rafts have different capacities from 6 people. In addition to you, a monitor will accompany you that will indicate the direction to follow and will help you if you stay stuck.

Get on our canoes and embark on the greatest adventure you can experience in the heart of Cantabria . Whether you are older or a young adventurer, you can try canoeing from the town of Panes to the landscapes of Unquera .

During 12 kilometers you will be able to descend the river and feel its strength, but in order to get on the canoe you have to meet these requirements:

• Know how to swim : it is essential for any aquatic activity. You don't have to be an Olympic swimmer either, we just ask that you stay afloat in the unlikely event that the canoe capsizes.
  
• Being over 8 years old : we have canoes that adapt to all users but not when they are too young children. It is also necessary to be a certain age since they will enjoy more and be aware that they are having a great adventure.
  
• Come from March to November : we only do the activity at this time since it is when the river has the best currents.

Go for a unique adrenaline rush and do bungee jumping with K2 Aventure. We have chosen the 100-foot high bridge of Villasuso de Cieza for the jump.

This is a 60-foot high jump, one of the highest ones in the region, that's why we always make sure that all the safety measures are being followed. If you would like to jump with us you shouldn't be afraid of heights, because the most difficult part of bungee jumping is taking that first step and jumping into the void.

If you would like us to organise you a private bungee jumping session, then you should bring at least 4 friends with you. If not, then we are trying to find you a spot in another group, so that you can also enjoy having an adrenaline rush.

If you are younger than 18 years old, you cannot jump without authorization, so you either have to wait until you become an adult or come with one of your legal guardians.
