La Casa Grande Active Tourism is a company formed by great professionals in nature. We are located in the center of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park, specifically in the Cadiz town of Jimena de la Frontera. We provide a wide variety of services, with which you can discover all the beauty that this natural park contains, considered one of the last virgin forests in Europe.

Our services are based on guided tours of the park and with them we acquire extensive knowledge about everything we observe. Our routes can be done on foot, in a 4x4 car or on a mountain bike, we will pass through various places such as:

• La Sauceda
• Captain's Throat
• Honey Stream
• Guadiaro Valley
• Cueva de la Pileta... among many others.

All expeditions will be carried out accompanied by our official guides, who will show you every corner of this area of Andalusia. Each route will have a different theme: interpretation of nature, botany and ethnobotany, mycology, achaeology, culture and tradition...

If you are one of those who already bring your own route with the theme you have chosen, we will accompany you to do them together, and thus you will take advantage of all the knowledge that our guides have.

In additionwe give you the opportunity to stay in our wonderful Inn, enabled to accommodate a maximum of 25 people. It is an old rural house with traditional architecture full of charm.

La Casa Grande Active TourismHiking we are a company for the organization and management of activities in nature, which offers you hiking routes through Cádiz.

The routes we offer are of very varied themes, they are guided routes by our qualified instructors and can be archaeological routes, mycological routes, botanical routes, ornithological routes, thematic routes, ...

You will be able to know the areas of:

• La Sauceda, in the Jerez countryside
• Captain's Gorge, path to the Trocha
• Puerto Oscuro, Garganta del Aljibe and Juan de Vela stream
• Arroyo de la Miel in Benalmádena
• The Royals of Sierra Bermeja
• Sierra Crestellina, in this case in Malaga
• And many more places in the Cadiz mountains

We have already scheduled activities, for example, a visit to the Sierra de Grazalema and its Spanish firs is common, and if you don't find what you are looking for, we can organize routes tailored to you.

At La Casa Grande Active TourismThematic Adventures we offer guided routes on foot or by 4x4, these routes can be themed:

• Route of Terror, at night, to discover the most terrifying legends of the area.
• Route of the Stars, also nocturnal, to discover the star system.
• Botanical Wine Route
• Botanical Gastronomic Route

We plan our routes weekly, although we can modify the routes as long as we are notified more than 5 days in advance.

The minimum number of participants to carry out the activities is 2 people.

Our routes are of low difficulty, although we can raise the level if participants prefer. Children accompanied by adults can come, and children under 12 years old will have a discount.

The price of the routes includes material, guides, transportation and accessories such as binoculars. The picnic is not included, which will be a supplement to the price.
