We canoe in the waters of the Tiétar River at the height of the Rosarito Reservoir, between the provinces of Ávila and Toledo. It is a fantastic place to start practicing this water sport since the dammed waters of the reservoir facilitate learning while minimizing risks.

For all ages, canoeing is a very entertaining sport, in which we will paddle through the reservoir in a relaxed manner followed by the instructor.

We will form groups depending on the level of each one, doing more or less technical walks, but always through calm waters.

We will outfit you with the essential vest to get on the canoe. It is essential that you know how to swim if you want to canoe.

The tours through the swamp will last between 1 hour and 2 hours.

The Tiétar and Candeleda valley, in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, are places where horse riding becomes a real delight. Through the paths of the valley and streets of the town you will live a very complete day on the back of gentle and docile horses perfect for carefree trotting.

In the company of our instructors you will discover the beautiful town of Candeleda with its traditional stone constructions typical of this area and the best views of the Tiétar valley with the peaks of Gredos such as Almanzor very close to us.

Horseback riding can be 1 hour and can last up to several days with long-distance excursions to fully savor this region.

La Sayuela takes you to the skies on a paragliding ride through the Tiétar Valley and the Gredos Mountains that will leave you breathless. With the help of an instructor you will be able to fly without having to have prior knowledge about paragliding.

We started from a high area and jumped into the void taking advantage of the air currents that we found in a very favorable place for flight.

We will see the small towns in the valley, the peaks of Gredos crowned by the Almanzor peak, more than 2,500 meters high, and in general the entire region.

The flight day will be extended between 30 and 40 minutes, subject to small variations depending on the wind that day.
