Especially in summer this region shows its best galas with fields and green forests and very pleasant temperatures that allow outdoor activities without the summer's own hot flashes.

Our list of activities consists of:

    
• Canoas: We cross the famous river Sella from Arriondas to Ribadesella in a descent full of history.

    
• Trekking: Routes through the forests of Liébana near Potes and other mountains by Fuente Dé, Picos de Europa, the Gorges of Cares, etc.

The Team Building and the bachelor parties are other options that we put from here, combining the sport of adventure and nature with the celebration, the party or the corporate event.

In Lobo Alfa we give you the possibility of going down one of the most famous rivers in Spain in terms of descents such as the Sella river Asturian . On board a canoe you can feel a real rower.

We cross the Sella from the town of Arriondas to the coast of the Cantabrian Sea in Ribadesella, in total 1 1 kilometers of descent that combine whitewater with other calm waters.

Canoes can be 1, 2 or 3 places s and they can ride from children from 5 years old s. It is a comfortable descent so you can debut in the canoe with us.

In addition, the group of monitors will give a short tutorial on how to handle the canoes and will accompany us throughout the descent.

We carry out exclusive activities for groups over 30 people.

We use the old ways of shepherds, hunters and miners to make hiking trails in the mountains between Cantabria and Asturias through enclaves of great beauty and environmental value such as the Picos de Europa National Park or Fuente Dé.

These evergreen and green vegetation regions are ideal for hiking, with temperatures that are never overwhelming even in the middle of summer.

We do horse riding through the forests of Liébana near Potes where going or jogging is a delight among the greenest nature you can imagine. On horseback between the landscapes that surround us you will live an experience of freedom and emotion and you will relax like never before.

The routes are made in perfectly trained horses and very easy to handle. You will feel great tranquility while we walk for about 1 hour.

There is the option to make longer trips and at a faster pace, it will depend on the experience on the back of a horse you have. It does not take a specific level to enjoy our activities, but we will ensure that you learn everything you need to start riding.

These walks are perfect for children to come to the nature of Cantabria and get in touch with her, something very beneficial for them and for their development.

The monitors will explain many things about the world of horses and also about the landscapes that we will discover as we pass.

The zip line offers high sensations of speed and excitement without having to perform a sport of technical adventure or risk. Why not try it?

Near Potes we have installed a zip line in the middle of the forest with which to slide from the top crossing long distances at a height of more than 10 meters from the ground.

It is an activity indicated for anyone, the physical level is not an impediment as well as age. The only requirement is to weigh more than 45 kilos to be able to safely hook the cable.

We will deliver the harness, the helmet and we will place you in the zip line at all times attending to the safety of the participants.

In the Picos de Europa between Cantabria and Asturias, we take rappelling courses or downhill walls , the sport against climbing. In this activity, we open steep slopes in environments such as those of the Naranjo de Bulnes.

This technique is the most used autonomous descent system in the different existing mountain disciplines. Therefore, his learning seems very important for mountaineering expeditions.

We will make easy roads with little technique and little by little we will always make progress with controlled routes.

Everything related to the material is included in the activity and will be delivered to you by the team.

We do climbing in the Picos de Europa in such emblematic places as the Naranjo de Bulnes or Torre Cerredo . Sport climbing and also classic for beginners and experts in this sport.

The peak of the Naranjo de Bulnes has a huge amount of climbing routes through all its slopes.

Sport climbing is the one to start climbing while classic climbing is developed by people who have a higher level and experience.

There are other climbing areas such as Torre Cerredo, Peña Vieja, Peña Santa de Castilla or Torre Peñalba.

The monitor will monitor all movements you make on the wall and ensure that the material is being used properly.

In winter with snow covering the mountain and snow paths, an instrument that allows us to move forward with ease is the snowshoeing . In this way we can reach the mountain tops of the Picos de Europa or walk among the forests of Liébana.

These snowshoe rides are designed for any family component. The routes are designed according to the physical requirements of each one:

    
• Half-day rides, with a duration of 4 hours or so, of low level.

    
• Full day routes, between 6 and 8 hours, of medium level.

    
• 2-day trips with stay in mountain shelters, medium level.

    
• Night routes equipped with fronts, medium-low level.

We include in the activity the snow progression team consisting of snowshoes and canes and in the case of night routes with headlamps.

The via ferrata that we have in the Hermida Gorge in the surroundings of the Picos de Europa, in Cantabria >, are an ideal solution to save the steep slopes of the ravines and canyons of this area.

We use the elements that have been installed as we pass, stairs or cables that help us move forward without having to climb all the time.

The arranged route has two main variants, although there are many loopholes:

    
• Via ferrata infantil: For children from 8 years old with a duration of 2 hours.

    
• Via ferrata complete: The complete ferrata route is made to Cueva Ciloña in about 6 hours, indicated for people from 14 years.

The guides will accompany the group throughout the itinerary, requiring a minimum of 6 people to start the march.

From 20 people special discounts are made for large groups.

We will equip ourselves with all the material at the meeting place from which we will go to the ravine and via ferrata.

We descend the ravines and canyons of the Hermida Gorge , near the Picos de Europa National Park. A very refreshing descent in which water is the main protagonist along with the rocky walls.

We make the descent of the Navedo river ravine , a very suitable route to undertake it with the family since does not require great technique . Their abseils are short and simple to perform.

Its waterfalls and waterfalls are very pleasant with a total duration of descent of less than 3 hours .

No experience or meticulous physical preparation is necessary, just come and try the canyoning with the best support from the monitors.

You will have the material consisting of ropes, harnesses, helmet and wetsuit at your disposal.
