Ludisport

At Ludisport the adventure is based on the personalization of the service and closeness to the client. We want to know your ideas and needs and make them possible economically and without moving too far from the capital of Madrid.

Among the proposals we suggest are:

- Paintball: in the open field, with materials and protections included within each package.
- Quads: for adults with a driving license or the possibility of riding as a passenger in double vehicles.
- Climbing: on natural rock, adapting to the most suitable routes for you
- Rappel: with specific learning to gain confidence in a technique that we can apply in many of our adventures
- Snowshoes: as a way to enter the snowy forests on foot.
- Horseback Riding: without a specific level, with docile animals accustomed to tourist rides.
- Hiking: through the Madrid mountains with excursions à la carte by duration and difficulty.

With Ludisport no more winter season will pass without you finally learning to ski. To do this, we will practice both at the Cotos station and at the facilities in Valsaín and Navacerrada.

From the first days of December until approximately March, you have our training programs designed to prepare you to be autonomous in white sport with:

- Personalized lessons with practices on marked circuits that give us the security of being in an area controlled by the instructors without the possibility of hindering the passage of regular skiers.

- We offer classes for all ages. The groups will be created in addition to this criterion, by levels to allow a rapid evolution of any of the profiles that have our service.

- Material will not be a problem since you can rent everything you need on the slopes: boots, poles and skis available in all sizes.

At Ludisport we know how to take advantage of winter by scheduling snowshoe excursions through the Madrid mountains on dates that usually range from the end of November to March, taking into account the prevailing weather conditions during the season.

With this material we will be in better conditions to walk in snowy landscapes since they are attached to our footwear, giving us a larger surface to plant our foot and, in this way, not sink. To do this, we will equip ourselves with sports shoes that, together with boots, become our best option. We will also use some canes that will serve as support to move forward. Although we do not need great knowledge or preparation before the appointment, it will be good for us to know:

- Before launching into the adventure, we will rehearse by taking some first steps until we get used to the new dimensions of our footsteps. The strides will have to be wider so as not to rub one racket against the other and trip along the way.

- A snowshoe excursion will last at least 1 hour. We will have to wear clothing that is sufficiently warm, preferably waterproof. It is also recommended to use sunglasses and gloves to be able to resist as comfortably as possible throughout the entire adventure.

At Ludisport we offer you the most comfortable way to play paintball, without leaving the province of Madrid and in the open field to achieve a battle situation that is as realistic as possible.

Forget everything and put yourself in the role of a soldier willing to defend his cause by putting his resistance to the limit. We help you achieve this by putting you in the situation by setting the scene and characterization of all the participants with the overalls that we will distribute, protective masks, markers and ammunition.

In paintball:

- Before starting we will listen without losing detail to the referee's instructions, especially in relation to our safety since the paintballs have a strong impact on the body. They are not dangerous but you have to know how to use them and respect the safety distance between players.

- We will keep the protections on at all times while we are in the playing area. In the same way, we will point the marker at the ground, always with the safety on, the moment we leave the perimeter that delimits the stage.

With Ludisport quads are more exciting than ever since we use them to get around Madrid, especially in places that traditional tourism does not reach.

Our route will run along roads that begin to be wide and well-conditioned. As we advance, the trails narrow and gain in difficulty, becoming rocky and with the possibility of presenting ruts formed by mud. These obstacles will be what add fun to the excursion since the first moments will have helped us become familiar with the driving demands and, when the time comes, we will have no problem overcoming them.

Some aspects to take into account:

- In the quads you can participate as a pilot or as a passenger, being aware that whoever is going to drive will have to be over the age of majority and have obtained the B1 permit.

- We should not be fooled by the first impression that it will seem that given the simplicity of driving them there are no dangers. We must maintain firm direction throughout the journey and pay special attention in turns, which are more demanding than in other types of vehicles.

At Ludisport we go out to the mountains of the bordering areas of the province of Madrid to take you on hiking routes designed to fill your time with nature, getting away from the pollution of the capital.

These tours also serve as a training activity, especially interesting if we go with children. Our guides know the area in advance, as well as the characteristics of its ecosystems and the animal species that inhabit it, so they will be able to give us general indications of the environment and talk to us about the specific cases that we find along our path.

There are different possibilities for our group since not all excursions are suitable for the same profile of participants. If we are a heterogeneous group, of different ages, it is preferable that we limit ourselves to the valleys and the foot of the mountain, on walks that do not require us to climb large slopes that exhaust us and make us spend an unpleasant day.

If you are used to walking, we can study an itinerary with higher levels of difficulty, lasting between several hours and a full day, ascending until we reach the summit that we have set as our goal.

The Ludisport horseback riding routes run through the outskirts of the Madrid capital, taking advantage of little-traveled roads and trails that allow us to walk calmly away from traffic.

The animals we have are so accustomed to the itinerary that they hardly need the rider's cooperation to know where they should go. This makes them a very safe means for people accustomed or not to riding, since it is the horse that carries all the load of the activity. At the same time, the continuous change of visitors makes it easy for them to adapt to the new participant. For our horseback riding routes:

- We can choose any date of the year. Outings are hardly subject to external conditions, although it will always be more pleasant to do them in spring or autumn. In summer and winter it will be advisable to limit them to the hours of the day with less extreme temperatures, early in the morning, in the first case, and early in the afternoon in the second.

- We will generally reserve 1 hour, more than enough time for a pleasant excursion for those who come to see us for the first time, avoiding fatigue caused by an unusual posture and the pace of the horse. For experts, we will have no problems arranging longer rides.

At Ludisport we have the tools and knowledge necessary to introduce you to the basic aspects of climbing in the Madrid mountains or help you reach a higher level than you currently have, if you are already a regular at this. sport.

How will we do it?

- The first step will be to identify what you are looking for and how far you have planned to go in this modality. We can assist you whether you just want to have a good time trying something new, or if you are thinking about laying the foundations to practice this sport in a semi-professional way.

- On the day of the activity, we will meet in the part of the mountain that has the appropriate routes to meet your objectives. It will be on the ground where we will review the material that is normally used, how to use it correctly and we will begin to know how to hold on to the rock for the ascent.

- The main element that you will have to carry in your personal equipment is light clothing that allows you the range of motion to move freely through the rock. If you have climbing shoes, this sport will be much easier for you.

At Ludisport Tiro con Arco we introduce you to a comfortable form of leisure that you can incorporate into your free time and integrate it into your plans shared with the whole family.

For this discipline we move to our Madrid activity center, where we have an outdoor field marked off for the safety of the participants. Once here:

- We will gather you for a short information session that will be led by our monitors. In it we tell you the characteristics of the material, we talk briefly about how we are going to use it and we review the rules intended to avoid dangerous behavior.

- Depending on your age and physical complexion, we distribute the material. Each person will have a bow of adequate size and weight so that they are able to control it and concentrate on their aim.

- We help you acquire the correct position of the arms and hands and the correct posture of the body to obtain clean throws that get closer and closer to the target.

Once these steps are completed, it is a matter of repeating to increase your abilities as archers, which we can achieve through different games.

At Ludisport we accompany you in search of the best routes to follow on a mountain bike through the Madrid environment. We will go out in guided groups, regardless of the level of its members. We will show you at the same time:

-The most suitable paths for you: if you are not too used to going out on a mountain bike, we will decide on flat trails that will allow us to pedal relaxed and observe the landscape. If you are unconditional of mountain biking, we will opt for ascending itineraries and steep downhill slopes that stimulate your sporting ability.

- The most appropriate way to get on the bike, finding the most appropriate pace for each participant so as not to push ourselves to limits beyond our reach that lead to complicated injuries. Above all, we want to have fun in contact with nature while practicing healthy physical exercise.

-How tomaintain safety regulations at all times, not risking too much on unknown routes and managing the speed reached in certain sections. In addition, we will have to wear a helmet.

In Ludisport Rappel you will learn this technique in real practice circumstances so you will have fun from the first moment. Once you have mastered this modality, you can use it in a multitude of adventure sports. This is the case of canyoning, climbing, cave exploration or any of the disciplines in which you need to overcome a slope of several meters or more.

For descents:

- We will equip ourselves with some of the common elements for mountain safety: a helmet, which in addition to protecting us in the event of a fall, will prevent impacts if a small rock fall occurs, harness and ropes that will always be held by instructors accustomed to it.

- We will establish the starting point to begin the practice based on the level you have when you visit us, if you have already rappelled before. If you have not done so, we will start from the beginning in the most appropriate way to create a firm foundation that will allow you to continue expanding your knowledge later.

- Each descent is done in a supervised manner, the instructor will maintain control of the rope so that the participant does not go down suddenly and can manage the rhythm by leaning with his feet on the wall (since for initial levels we will not opt for rappelling flown in the one who lacks support).
