Lovers of mountain sports can come to our fantastic ski resort where we have slopes of all levels. From red slopes for the most professional to an initiation slope where you can enjoy skiing with the best qualified instructors.

We will also take you on different routes around our surroundings. You can explore the most fun paths on a quad or riding on a horseback route that we have prepared so that you can enjoy nature like never before. In addition, we have options for both experienced and amateur cyclists and we will take them to the most surprising mountain bike routes in all of Galicia.

If you prefer to drive a vehicle in complete safety, you can come to our karting circuit and enjoy a race against your friends to see who is the most agile behind the wheel.

The mountain also gives us other options to explore it, such as amazing hiking routes, reaching places with the most beautiful views. If you come in a group to enjoy the countryside and the outdoors, we can also prepare an orientation day to get to know you and enjoy a day full of unforgettable sensations.
If you prefer something different, we will propose a day of climbing in which you will climb the most impressive walls and you will feel like a professional when you admire from the top the incredible Galician forests that will appear at your feet.

Although if such risky activities are not your thing, you can also come and practice archery and discover that this sport is much more fun than you could have imagined.

Skiing is a totally addictive sport that is loved by all those who practice it for the first time. It is not surprising since it is the simplest and also provides the most stimulating sensations when you slide down the slope enjoying the speed on the skis.

At Manzaneda we want to teach you all the ski techniques in two modalities:

• Private groupss: we organize personalized classes of 1 hour with groups of up to 5 people maximum. These are small classes designed so that you learn quickly and can start descending the snowy mountain on your own.
  
• Collective groups: If you prefer this option you can come to our courses for 6 to 12 people. In them you will learn the different ski techniques and we will even organize activities for groups that you will love.

We can also prepare other types of courses such as snowboarding and prepare you to descend the mountain in the most fun way possible.

If you are a Kart lover you have to come and try the circuits that we have prepared in Manzaneda for you. We love the speed and excitement of driving and that is why we have prepared a circuit that you will love with curves, obstacles and impressive straights.

So that you can drive according to your needs, we have prepared two activities:

• Karts up to 12 years old: We have an activity for the little ones in the house. They can come from 6 years old and will enjoy driving a fun kart adapted to their age and with all the safety measures. The duration will be from a quarter of an hour and you will have the careful supervision of our instructors
  
• Karts from 12 to 16 years old: Older ones can also come to practice the most complicated maneuvers. The karts that we will leave you are somewhat more powerful and you will enjoy putting them at the maximum possible speed like never before.

To drive a kart and come to our circuit, no experience is necessary and before starting the laps we will teach you how to drive it.

At Manzaneda we have prepared some very special routes that you will love if you are a fan of the motor world. We take you to explore the surrounding mountains by putting you behind the wheel of one of our quads on a route that you will not be able to forget.

From the Manzaneda Ski Resort we will begin tours of 1 and 2 hours long for which you must bring your B1 driving license if you want to be the one driving the quads. The routes we will take will be in the middle of the mountains, so we recommend that the drivers have some experience and are capable of doing somewhat complicated maneuvers.

The quads that we have in Manzaneda are all-terrain so we will take advantage of them to explore trails crossed by small streams and even puddles and muddy areas that will provide you with the strongest emotions you can imagine.

The environment surrounding the Manzaneda Mountain Station is totally spectacular. We are delighted to have our facilities in such a formidable place and that is why we want you to come with us to explore the different routes that we have organized taking into account all levels:

• Valley of the Pharaohs Itinerary: this route has different durations depending on your preferences. The shortest is 2 hours of walking until you reach the Valley of the Faraones where you will be surprised by the stone formations in which time has created an impressive landscape. The longest option is to reach the hiddentown of Penapetada on an excursion that lasts a whole daywhich makes this activity suitable only for the most professionals
  
• Glacier Itinerary: We take you to enjoy As Lamas, one of the most incredible glacial devices that are preserved in perfect conditions in the most incredible Galicia. You will be able to enjoy the views of the impressive valley that is formed in this area with the mountains surrounding you on all sides. It will take approximately 3 hours to do this route, which you can perfectly come with children or people not used to hiking routes.
  
• Penedo do Lobo Itinerary: in the deepest mountain in Galicia you can find wonders carved by water and wind in the rock. This is the case of Penedo do Lobo, a fantastic wolf-shaped rock that will surprise you like no other. To get there you will not need a high level since the slopes are not too high. The maximum duration of this route is 4 hours since for the return we can take a more or less complicated path depending on of the group.

Do you like horseback riding and are you looking for any excuse to practice your favorite sport? Do you want to learn all the riding techniques so you can enjoy riding alone through the most impressive mountains? We give you two options to come horse riding:

• School classes: If you want to learn as quickly as possible but with all the attention you need, we will prepare a day for you that you will not forget. In the Manzaneda riding arena you will enjoy riding and practicing the different modalities to feel like the most professional rider in Galicia.
  
• Horseback riding excursions: Those who want to explore the mountains and the surroundings of the ski resort can also do so with our routes. They will last 1 hour or 2 hours and for them we will require a minimum of experience. Furthermore, the minimum age to do the different itineraries is 6 years so you can come as a family without any problem

One of the most complete and surprising activities we do in Manzaneda is climbing. With this sport you will discover that your body works completely and you will enjoy ascending the most dangerous mountains in the Galicia area.

It is not only an activity that involves a first contact, it is also designed for all those who have already climbed before and want to surpass themselves with new, totally impressive summits.

Climbing is a special sport since it allows you to enjoy it from the first moment. At first you will feel all the tension when preparing to ascend and as you go up you will be invaded by an increasingly stronger emotion. The peak will come when you manage to reach the top since you will be able to be amazed by the most impressive views of the Galician mountains.

To climb you need certain techniques and also specific materials such as harnesses and climbing shoes. This type of footwear will allow you to move in complete safety and you will feel how your foot adapts completely to the nooks and crannies of the mountain.

The Manzaneda instructors are the most professional archers that you can find in the entire area. They also love to teach their techniques to everyone who visits them and that is why they have organized activities in which they instruct adults and children with games to facilitate learning.

Archery can be a bit complicated at first since you need a certain technique to concentrate and isolate yourself from everything to be able to shoot the arrow towards the target. Once you have shot and hit the bullseye for the first time, you will realize that it is easy and you will just want to beat your score again and again.

The duration of our archery activity is from half an hour to 1 hour. During this time, if you come with friends, we will organize a tournament to see who is able to score the most points and get the title of winner.

The bows, arrows and everything else will be materials that we will lend you inManzaneda. Furthermore, it does not matter if you are left-handed or right-handed since we have bows for everyone.

So that you can practice in the way you like best and for as long as you need, we do routes of very different durations. The shortest itinerary will be 1 hour and you will be able to explore the mountains around the ski resort and certain more impressive landscapes.

The most adventurous and experienced will be able to take longer routes of 4 hours and even excursions that will take us for 8 hours to the most impressive points of the Ourense mountains. >
The bike routes we do from Manzaneda are always guided so you can discover new paths with ease. We need you to know how to handle the bicycle well to be able to come to our routes since we will do activities and travel complicated paths.

Orienteering is a very fun activity, especially if you come with a large group of friends. The most common thing will be to do an orienteering race in the mountains in which we will divide you into teams that will compete to see who reaches the finish line first. To help you make the trip in the shortest time possible, you will use a compass, a map and all your intuition to avoid going the wrong way.

Children are usually the ones who enjoy orientation days the most since they discover new sensations while doing sports outdoors. In Manzaneda, we also prepare orientation activities for company events and Team Building that seek to strengthen the team and, above all, have a great time away from the stress of the city.

Skiing is our passion and that is why at Manzaneda we invite you to come to our fantastic ski resorts where you will enjoy the snow and all the activities that take place there like never before.

We have a large area of land: more than 2,000 hectares where you can practice your favorite sport in complete safety and enjoying knowing that we will be watching over you at all times. The elevations of the terrain are also something to highlight. You will be able to ascend to 1800 meter peaks from which you will be able to slide in search of the most incredible sensations.

We have tracks for all levels:

• Red slopes: we have four slopes of this intensity, perfect for those with a higher level. You can also come and practice snowboarding in unbeatable conditions.
  
• Blue slopes: this type of slope is made for all types of skiers. These are10 slopes with easy routes perfect for those with the lowest level or those who are taking their first ski lessons.
  
• Green slopes: These slopes are perfect for learning. Not only are they not very high, but they are also quite short so that your learning occurs in an optimal way.

We have also prepared a snow park with jumps and different platforms so you can practice your favorite sport in a more extreme way.
