Our goal is to break the current sedentary lifestyle, and promote healthy activities, in nature, that help us eliminate the stress accumulated by our daily lives.

In addition, it has been proven that these types of activities are very beneficial, and increase performance at work or in studies. /p>

We move through such important areas of Ciudad Real, such as the Lagunas de Ruidera, Las Tablas de Daimiel, Sierra Madrona , Alcudia Valley.

Some of the activities we carry out are:

Naturaventura offers you the best hiking routes to get to know Ciudad Real.

In our province we have wonderful corners, which must be explored on foot. We have a truly privileged diversity of flora and fauna.

We can organize hiking routes through emblematic places such as:

• The Ruidera Lagoons.
• Daimiel Tables.
• The Hoces Strait.
• The Alcudia Valley.
• The Cimbarra.
• Cabañeros.
• Sierra Madrona.
• Etc.

We also organize outings to other places in Spain, such as Cazorla, Picos de Europa, Río Mundo. ..

Do you dare with a climbing session? At Naturaventura we will help you practice this activity!

We will provide all the technical material you need: ropes, pulleys, harness, carabiners... In addition, you will be accompanied by very experienced instructors, which will teach you all the climbing techniques, from the most basic to the most technical ones.

We will adapt to your level, without any problem. And if you prefer to start with artificial walls, before moving on to natural rock, you can come to our covered pavilion, to climb in a totally controlled.

Naturaventura is the perfect place to get started in sport diving!

If you have never tried this sport, the best thing you can do is join us on a first-time dive, composed of a theoretical class, and an immersion. You can do it in the municipal pools of Ciudad Real, or in the Lagunas de Ruidera Natural Park.

If you want to deepen your learning, you can sign up for a course with FEDAS - CMAS international certificate.

You can obtain the certification of 1 Star Diver, 2 Star Diver, 3 Star Diver, specialties, etc.< /p>

The courses have a theoretical part, a practice part, in the pool, and open water dives.

We provide you with all the necessary material, and even accommodation, for the duration of the course, so you don't have to worry about anything at all.

Do you dare with a dose of extreme adventure? Welcome to Naturaventura Bungee Jumping!

Bungee jumping is like a concentrated dose of adrenaline, since in a couple of seconds, you will live an amazing experience.

There is no difficulty, and no experience is required. You just have to jump!

Furthermore, bungee jumping is one of the safest activities that exist, since everything, absolutely everything, is controlled to the millimeter.

We can carry out the bungee jumping activity in two different locations: the Pantano de Cijara bridge, or the bridge of the old road, in Minas de Horcajo.

What is more relaxing than a canoe excursion with Naturaventura?

The best thing about this activity is that since it takes place in very calm waters, it is not necessary to have any previous experience, so anyone can come and enjoy a canoe ride. For this same reason, it is a perfect activity to come with children, or older people.

For the route, we provide you, of course, with all the technical material you need. You just have to bring your swimsuit, and something to protect you from the sun.

We can canoe through the Ruidera Lagoons, the Bullaque River, the Pantano del Vicario, or through the Strecho de las Hoces.
