First of all the instructor very well. Very bad info. We had to go the previous day to collect some information of schedule, equipment etc. Since contact phones did not respond.Review translated from Spanish
We had to go asking for bars and shops how to contact the company that should give the service. It was eleven o'clock in the morning and we still did not have the security that the activity would be carried out.
You did not inform us that the minimum number of people should be four.
Very well organized, good experience, the site is increadible and eager to return to make another via ferrata.Review translated from Spanish
The monitor is attentive at all times, explaining to you that it serves each and every thing. I encourage you all to enjoy this experience that is very worthwhile and leaves you wanting more.
The activity was very well organized.Review translated from Spanish

Pics d'europa Huesca Snowshoes operates exactly in the Benasque Valley, a place that concentrates the largest number of peaks over 3000 meters in the entire Pyrenees in general. If we suggest you visit its magical corners with snowshoes it is because otherwise it would be impossible to stop at its lakes, waterfalls, frozen forests or glaciers.
The snowshoes will facilitate this task since they make it possible to walk through a mantle covered with snow like someone walking on the plateau. Thanks to these artifacts and the support of the extendable poles, walking through the snow will no longer be an odyssey, but quite the opposite. Yes, we assure you that it is one of the most gratifying experiences that can be lived today, for a reason it does not stop adding followers continuously.
Imagine if it takes place in the heart of the Pyrenees, if on top of that we offer you several options that suit all tastes. Well now all this is possible: night tours, initiation routes, more demanding circuits, daytime, ideal for families, etc. Let's see each of the different alternatives:
- Family routes: These routes through the Llanos del Hospital area are designed so that the whole family can participate, with children from 6 years of age old. This is so because no route exceeds 2 or 3 hours in duration, they have little unevenness and are quite didactic, which, without a doubt, will attract the attention of the little ones.
- Half-day routes: They are outings of between 3 and 5 hours that take place in the morning in which we will already delve into learning to climb slopes, cross frozen forests or small mountain streams. Even so, they are indicated for all types of public, they can be done by people with or without experience.
- Full-day routes: They require a certain level of physical fitness and some experience in the mountains, since we leave here for up to seven hours of travel. Passes and forests are crossed, even peaks are crowned.
- Routes of several days: They are defined as being circular, from 2 to 5 days (Circo de Armeña, Smugglers' Crossing, Tour del Posets, Carros de Foc), spending the night in the shelters mountains authorized for this purpose. Previous experience and notions of rescue in the case of avalanches are mandatory. For the most experienced adventurers.
- Routes in the light of the moon: They are still ideal for an initiation level, the only difference is that they run under the moon, which gives it a special atmosphere, hardly unrepeatable.
All our snowshoe excursions can be done in the months from November to May, theThe privileged location of the Benasque Valley allows the winter sports season to be extended a little longer than in other places.
In addition, in all the trips that we always carry out, without exception, you will have the presence of a certified mountain instructor who will carry out various functions: he will show how to use the equipment and, during the activity itself, he will teach things about the fauna, the flora, geology, gastronomy or the culture of the Valley. A must.
Spectacular, right? Not to recognize it would beerror.

There are areas where practicing certain sports is a privilege, it must be the closest thing to being able to touch the sky with your fingertips. We are increasingly aware that one of those areas is the Benasque Valley and its surroundings, of infinite beauty at any time of the year. And one of those sports is canyoning.
Pics d'europa Huesca Canyoning has decided to combine the best of both worlds with various routes that take place both in the Benasque Valley and in the Sierra de Guara, two of the most spectacular places in the Aragonese Pyrenees. The time has come to tell you what we have prepared on our hands.
In much the same way as via ferrata, the classification of ravines varies depending on their difficulty, which is determined, in turn, by various parameters such as the technique required , the flow that the water carries or the verticality. As in many other sports, there are also circuits that are ideal for beginners, perfect for children from 7 years of age.
At Pics d'europa Huesca Canyoning we are not oblivious to this reality and, for this reason, we offer several routes that meet these requirements so that this magnificent hobby grows and in the future you will be able to to face more demanding challenges.
It is our duty to remember once again that in the province of Huesca there are some of the best ravines in Europe. In the Benasque Valley we have the Aigüeta de Barbaruens, for beginners, and the 12 Liri Waterfalls strong>, from Gorgutes and Literola for an advanced level. A wide range of offers.
But it is that in the Sierra de Guara some of the most famous ravines of the national scene are also distributed. And we, of course, provide the service of enjoying them. They are the following: the Cañón de los Oscuros de Balced, the Barranco de la Peonera Inferior , that of the Formiga , all of them of initiation; and the exhaustive Barranco de Gorgas Negras, at an expert level.
Regardless of whether or not you have much experience, all our tours will be accompanied by a canyoning instructor with a degree so that everything goes perfectly. Because safety is our priority. We make it clear from minute one.
We put the equipment. You have the desire to have fun, learn and repeat.

Our passion is adventure sports. We have spent years proving it and meeting the highest standards of both quality and safety. According to our philosophy, one is indissoluble from the other. Our love for the mountains can be seen in each of the activities we schedule, in the team of professionals that are part of our company, in the enthusiasm with which we face every day.
Pics d'europa accredits years of experience in planning routes of via ferratas in the Benasque Valley, suitable for all levels, adaptable according to the preferences of our users. We know you are demanding, so are we.
We take advantage of such an exclusive location to put at your disposal some of the most beautiful via ferratas not only in the Pyrenees but in the whole country. You will think you are in a dream.
The bulk of the routes are classified by virtue of their difficulty, it is the factor that determines whether a company offers one or the other or all at once. As an orientation, we will tell you that level K1 is the simplest and K6 is extreme. Normally, those that go from K1 to K3 can be done by anyone, from 8 years old, despite not having previous experience in these routes. Those in grade 4 demand certain physical aptitudes and those in K5-6 are reserved for veterans.
Now yes, we offer five via ferratas that will delight any type of public: the Via Ferrata in Pont de Suert is for beginners with sections somewhat more complex, those of Sorrosal and Sesué (the most popular in the Pyrenees) for intermediate-initiation, and, finally, the Via Ferrata de la Foradada del Toscar and the one of Sacs of medium-high level.
As much as you have shown to be true geniuses, we do not want to put anyone's integrity at risk, and therefore, to this end, we have determined that all our routes are supervised from start to finish by a qualified mountain guide which has countless trips to the most daring via ferrata to its credit.
In this way we and you will be happy. We are convinced that in this way we will make an inseparable team, so much so that you want it to never end.
